• You will receive 100% of fees paid if we cancel or you are not able to attend a rescheduled class.
  
• Otherwise, there are no refunds for classes. We would be happy to allow you to take a class in the future if you can not attend a scheduled class.
  

Products: Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the product you order and receive a 80% refund if:

* The product is still in its original condition.

HansKing.com ships domestically and internationally using the US Postal Service. Many of our clients prefer to use collect shipping to save additional money. Postal fees must be paid for at the time of product purchase.

We can combine shipments in large cartons to save money. If you made separate orders to the same address, call or email us to let us know to combine your orders and we'll reduce your shipping charges.

All shipping rates are presented to you before you place your order. The rates are basically break even costs for postage and shipping supplies. If you ever have questions regarding shipping rates please contact us.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims

All credit cards usage is done by request of our clients. All requests to negate charges are investigated by our legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to your credit card service to settle the dispute.
